DESCRIPTION
1. This double-sided horizontal machining center is an automatic mechanical cutting equipment. The machining process is controlled by a CNC system, with dual-spindle machining. A robot/operator loads the workpiece onto the worktable; after the fixture clamps the workpiece, the spindle performs a series of operations such as drilling, tapping, and milling. Once machining is completed, the robot/operator unloads the workpiece and loads a new one to start the next cycle.
2. The SH-D80 horizontal machining center adopts horizontal double spindles to process both sides simultaneously, and its efficiency is twice that of ordinary machine tools.
For processing various special shaped parts and box-type parts, the machine can perform multiple-surface milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, and tapping, all with a single clamping of the workpiece.
It is suitable for the processing of large and medium-sized parts in the automotive, energy, engineering machinery, moldmaking, and other industries. The double-sided processing structure features low cost and high efficiency.
