1. This single-spindle gantry machining center is an automatic mechanical cutting equipment controlled by a CNC system. It features single-spindle processing, with the spindle stroke covering the entire 2500×1800mm worktable. The workpiece is loaded onto the worktable by a robot or manually, clamped by fixtures, and then the spindle performs a series of processing operations (e.g., drilling, tapping, milling). 2. The overhead traveling moving beam gantry structure features a compact design and has ultra-strong rigidity, with the ram and slide components fixed on the crossbeam via linear guideways;
During the design process, dynamic optimization is performed through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to achieve the optimal matching of the overall structure's mass, stiffness, and damping. This reduces the cross dynamic compliance between the tool tip and the workpiece, increases the regenerative chatter limit during rough machining, and improves the cutting capacity and surface roughness quality.
It features high rigidity, excellent precision and stability, and is suitable for multi-surface and 5-axis linkage machining of complex parts in related industries such as large molds, auto parts, industrial machinery, and aviation structural components.
